Pole dance and Pole fitness
Our instructors are certified by Pole Dance Academy and are able to guide you in the right way, so your pole journey turns out fantastic!
Pole Level 1
If you have never tried pole before, this is where your pole journey begins. Read more about the trial class >>
- You will get to know the basic techniques
- You will learn about safety on the pole
- You will learn the basic spins and tricks
Pole Newbies
If you have been to a trial class, you should continue on Pole Newbies.
- You will already feel safer around the pole
- You will learn to invert
- Your repertoire will expand
Pole Position
Pole Position classes are divided into level 1-5. After Pole Newbies you will continue on Pole Position 1.
- Your strength will be challenged
- Your flexibility will be more in focus
- Tricks and combinations will be more advanced
Pole dance
This class will be all about spinning and dancing on and around the pole.
- Dance your troubles away
- You will learn basic things
- You will improve your flow with dancing techniques
Exotic Pole Flow
Exotic Pole Flow is fun and you’ll work on beautiful floor work and combinations.
- You will get a beautiful flow
- Your training will be even more effective
- Your conditioning level will increase
Free Pole/Free Aerial
Train what you’ve learned in class – with yourself or with your pole buddy. A couple of tips for your free training:
- Only try the things you know the technique for
- You can always improve your lines
- Film - so you can see and correct flaws
Aerial Hoop
Aerial hoop is a beautiful discipline. It’s a hard workout, but mostly fun. You won’t even notice when an hour passed.
Hoop beginners
If you have never tried Aerial Hoop before, this is where your hoop journey begins. Read more about the trial class >>
- You will get to know the basic techniques
- You will learn about safety in the hoop
- You will learn basic grips
Hoop Newbies
If you have been to a trial class, this is the class you should take.
- You will work from the basic techniques you already know
- You will learn beautiful poses
- Your repetoire will expand
Hoop Position 1
This is the class you’ll go to after Newbies.
- You will learn inverted positions
- You will learn to combine various positions
- You will be instructed in spotting
Hoop Position 2
If you are not sure if this level fits you, ask your instructor.
- You will hang from the top bar
- You will learn advanced tricks
- You will work on details
Hoop Position 3
If you are not sure if this level fits you, ask your instructor.
- You will learn advanced combinations
- You will do beautiful splits
- You will learn choreographies in the hoop
Free Hoop/Free Aerial
Train what you’ve learned in class – with yourself or with your pole buddy. A couple of tips for your free training:

Aerial Silk
Aerial silk is a beautiful sport that will make you really strong and flexible. The instructors will take good care of you when you have to tie knots and getting in and out of the silks.
Silk beginners
If you never tried Aerial Silk before, this is the class for you. Read more about the trial session >>
- You will learn the basic techniques
- You will be instructed in safety in the silk
- You will learn the basic climbs and foot locks
Silk Newbies+1
If you have been to a trial class then this is the class you have to take afterwards.
- You work form the basic techniques you know
- You will learn beautiful basic positions
- You repertoire will already expand
Silk Mix
This is a class for Newbies and up.
- You will learn positions while you're upside down
- You will learn to combine various positions
- You will be instructed in spotting
Core, power and flexibility
Core and power workout will make you stronger, and together with the flexibility classes, they provide a good base for those who want to advance in pole, hoop and/or silks.
Core and Stretch
This class is for all levels.
- You will increase your core strength
- You will be more flexible
- You will be instructed in the exercises
Power workout
The class is for all levels.
- You will enhance your conditioning level
- You will increase your core strength
- You will increase stamina
Flexy
This class is for all levels.
- You will be flexible
- You will be instructed in the exercises
- You will learn to avoid stretching injuries
Dance
Our dance classes will make you sweaty but they will put a big smile on your face. You can try Girly Dance and Dancehall.
Dancehall
This class is for all levels.
- You will learn basic steps
- You will enhance your coordination ability
- You will (hopefully) sweat a lot
Girly Dance
This class is for all levels.
- You will learn a unique and feminine choreography
- You will get a stronger core and legs
- You will become more "soft" in your movements
