We follow the guidlines from the Ministry of Culture.
Stay at home if you are sick or have symptoms.
Things to remember and arrival
- Bring your own yoga mat if you are able to
- Bring a towel to clean pole/hoop before and after training
- Disinfect your hands at arrival
- If you are able to, come fully dressed as it minimizes traffic in the changing room.
- Wear a mask before and after training
During training & other practical thing
- Clean your crash mat after use
- Clean your pole/hoop before and after use and when sharing
- Please try to keep distance
- Avoid touching things that are not necessary
Specific for silk students
- The classes are only open for those who have been offered a silk
- You are in charge of pulling out the silk as well as braiding it afterwards
- The instructor will put it up and tak it down
- Avoid touching the metal handle
- The instructor will put the silk back in place
